Early rising: A great boon for health

EARLY rising has been medically and historically proven as a boon for human health. But we the urban people of the country appear to have forgotten the importance of early rising and remain indulged in a prolonged sleep. Although the number of joggers has increased over the years in cities, it is not enough compared to the rising population. Waking up early is a healthy habit and we should try to incorporate it in our daily routine so that we can enjoy and be more productive in our life. 
When we wake up early we feel better physically and mentally and get longer time to plan our daily activities. When we have time in hand we can complete our work with a cool head. Thus early rising helps increase our productivity. Early riser parents can have early riser children.
